- What is your payment term?
Payments to be made in US dollars or Euro through:
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), down payment 40%, the
balance after shipment, when the Bill of Lading is
faxed. Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Irrevocable L/C at sight 100%.
- Can you manufacture custom-design furniture?
Yes, we can. It is our expertise and we welcome custom-made
orders of almost any kind.
- What kind of raw material do you use?
Our materials are rattan, wickers, water hyacinth, abaca,
seagrass, banana as well as rattan synthetics.
- How long will it take to finish my order?
It will take 30 -45 days after the order confirmation
is received and it depends on the complexity and quantity
of the ordered furniture.
- How long will it take to deliver my order?
Delivery shipments depend on distance
- How do you control the product quality?
We have unique QC system to ensure the quality during
& after the manufacturing process, starting from sorting
raw material, framing, binding, finishing, packing, and
loading into containers.
- Do you guarantee all of your products?
Yes, the quality is fully guaranteed. Any defective products
due to faulty production—although this is very rare—will
be replaced immediately. Damage can also occur during
transportation. In this case we strongly suggest that
you make careful arrangement with your shipping company.
- What is your production capacity?
Our production capacity is 10 x 40 feet container per-month
- How many items will fit into 20-feet and 40-feet
containers?
A 20ft container holds 30 cubic meters. A 40ft container
holds 60 cubic meters. Quantity of items will depend on
the size of items that will be selected. Once you have
made your order, the volume of your order will be calculated.
- Can you help me with shipping arrangement?
You will have several shipping options offered to you
once you get to the Shipping and Handling portion of the
ordering process. It will give you an estimated time of
arrival. The shipping prices are calculated based on your
address and value, weight and dimension of your shipment.
- Compliance issue
Broken items should be proved by taking 3 pictures from
3 different angles.
